As part of the corporate development module Business Platform offers the following:
1- Virtual office
- Business Platform receives your calls, letters, messages and faxes and forwards them to your address
- It manages and stores your messages and samples
- It gives you access to an office for your meetings when you are in town.
2- Pre-commercialisation or sourcing Pre-Contract Agreement - (5 actions per month)
- Business Platform manages and follows up the contacts resulting from the “corporate presence” module or from your own canvassing activities.
- Business Platform attends tradeshows and meets prospects (depending on the events calendar).
- Business Platform drafts customised correspondence (letters, emails,...) and follows up prospects by phone
- Business Platform prepares and organises meeting schedules with a representative from your company
- Business Platform locates prospective suppliers and subcontractors by phone and pre-validates agreements according to the specifications.
At the end of each month, all information collected is sent to you in full in the form of one card per contact and a summary report detailing the actions performed and results obtained.
